Research Abstract

本研究は、地域、国籍、性別、障害などの多様な背景を持つ受験生への入学者選抜がどのような目的・方法で行われ、公平に実施されているかを検証する。具体的には、1.募集要項及び入学者選抜の実施状況調査、2.海外訪問調査、3.アドミッション・ポリシー調査、4.教員調査、5.高校生調査、6.入学者調査を行う。これらの検討を通して、共生社会で必要性が増加するであろう、多様な背景を持つ受験生への入学者選抜がどのような目的・方法で行われ、公平に実施されているかを明らかにする。
