Research Abstract

水素中で熱処理するだけで高性能な異方性磁石粉末が得られる水素化・相分解・脱水素・再結合(HDDR)処理における微細粒配向メカニズムの全容解明を目指す。残留磁化(結晶配向度)が大きく異なる磁石粉末が得られるHDDR処理途中のNd-Fe-B系粉末試料を種々用意し、歳差電子回折(PED)法など走査透過電子顕微鏡(STEM)を主軸とした超顕微解析を行う。変態初期のナノ組織から従来にない高精度データを広範囲で取得して、方位マッピング像から構成相間の結晶方位関係を確定し、正方晶→立方晶→正方晶へのバリアント選択機構を解明していく。
