Research Abstract

本研究は、肥満治療後の体重再増加（リバウンド現象）の分子機構を明らかにすることを目的としている。視床下部の慢性炎症が肥満進展に関与することが知られており、特にミクログリアの炎症性変化が摂食調節に影響を及ぼす可能性がある。本研究では、申請者が確立した「減量リバウンドモデル」マウスを用い、①肥満・減量過程における視床下部細胞のシングルセル解析、②減量時の炎症刺激に対するミクログリアの反応性、③再肥満時の視床下部炎症と摂食行動の変化を検証する。これにより、肥満の経験によるミクログリアの持続的な形質変化と、それがリバウンド現象に与える影響を明らかにすることを目指す。
