Research Abstract

This study analyzes the portrayal of ‘minorities,’ and of Hong Kong and Taiwan, in Chinese public culture. Its results will enhance understanding of the politics of schooling and state propaganda, of the dynamics of Chinese nationalism, and their implications for stability around China’s periphery.
