Research Abstract

初年度には健康な大学生100名程度を対象として書面上での同意を得たうえで、DNAを採取する。さらに、対象者集団に対して運動習慣・食生活・睡眠習慣・性格特性等の寒冷適応に影響するとされる主要な要素について先行して調査を行う。 初年度末より寒冷環境に順化したとされる冬季に、研究計画にて後述するプロトコルで比較的緩やかな低圧・寒冷環境曝露を行い、認知機能や意思決定機能を測定する課題を実施する。次年度初頭に、この実験で得られた検体のホルモン・インターロイキンや、必要であればDNAメチル化解析を実施する。後期には前年と同様の環境曝露実験を実施し、被験者数を十分な統計的検出力を持つ水準まで確保する。
