Research Abstract

本研究では、夫の転勤がその家族に与える影響に関する実証研究を行っていく。転居を伴う人事異動である転勤は、多くの企業で実施されている。しかし、転勤の際に配偶者の就業まで補償するような制度をもつ企業は少なく、夫の転勤が決まった妻は、仕事がある場合離職して夫と転居するか、それとも仕事を続けて別居するか、という選択を迫られる。加えて、子どもがいる場合は、子どもの学校選択等にも影響を与える。そこで、本研究では、このような転居を伴う異動がどれくらい妻や子どもに影響を与えているのか、実証分析を試みることを目的とする。
