Research Abstract

申請者らは、心拍変動モニタリングに基づくてんかん発作予測システムの開発に取り組んできたが、予測精度の個人差が大きいという課題があった。 本研究の目的は、一方で発作周期や睡眠覚醒リズム、ストレス状態が、個々の患者の発作発生のタイミングに与える影響をを同定することである。絆創膏型心拍計等によりてんかん患者の自律神経機能などを長期間計測し、睡眠・覚醒リズムや月経周期、ストレス等の影響を組み込んだ個別化発作予測アルゴリズムを構築する。この新規開発したアルゴリズムと従来のアルゴリズムの発作予測性能の比較を通じて、生体リズムやストレスが発作発生に与える影響を明らかにする。
