Research Abstract

「外来微生物からの生体防御能の維持」と「自己組織に対する免疫異常の抑制」を両立する手段は現在確立されておらず、炎症性腸疾患や急性GVHDの治療に難渋することが多い。上皮バリア機能の向上に着目したILC3の機能増強は制御性T細胞を用いた細胞療法や免疫抑制剤に替わる画期的治療法になりうる。
