Research Abstract

本研究課題では、固体基板上に種々の高分子の孤立鎖を調製し、AFMに基づき、その分子鎖形態の時間依存および温度依存性を直接観察する。Differential Dynamic Microscopy (DDM) 法をはじめとする種々の画像解析に基づき、各空間スケールにて、緩和時間を抽出する。温度依存を検討することで緩和マップを作成し、バルクや表面、界面におけるセグメント運動の緩和マップと比較し、ダイナミクスを議論する。
