Research Abstract

脳卒中者において歩行速度は移動範囲や移動頻度と密接に関係していることから，リハビリテーションにおいて重要課題として捉えられている．これまで脳卒中者の歩行速度に関しては，麻痺側立脚後期に発生する推進力が重要であると考えられてきたが，近年では，麻痺側立脚後期に発生する制動力(Late Breaking Force：LBF)が，歩行速度の低下に影響を及ぼすことが報告されている．しかし，これまでにLBFの運動学的な発生メカニズムや麻痺側下肢筋の神経活動との関係性は検証されてない.そこで本研究では，運動学的観点と神経学的観点から，脳卒中者のLBFメカニズムに関して検証を試みることとした．
