Research Abstract
細根の生産量（以下、細根NPP）は森林生態系の純一次生産量(NPP)の約3分の1を占めるが、細根NPPのデータは非常に少なく、調査方法も多様で方法間のばらつきも大きい。そこで本研究では、地上部NPPやGPPのモニタリングが行われている全国各地の多様な森林（常緑針葉樹林や落葉広葉樹林）において、細根NPPを同一手法により測定し、データを収集する。これにより、環境要因や樹種がNPP配分比率やNPP/GPPに与える影響を評価する。本研究ではイングロースコア法を用いるが、本手法は計算方法によっても生産量の推定値が大きく異なることが知られているため、計算方法が推定値に与える影響についても検討する。
