Research Abstract

本研究では、分子内・分子間電子移動に基づく新たな焦電・強誘電物質の開発と特性向上を目指す。光や熱に応答する動的物性を持つ分子に焦点をあて、これらの極性結晶の作成及び電子移動による特性変換を探究する。分子および結晶合成の両段階においてカギとなる、キラリティを利用した合成手法や結晶エンジニアリングを通じて、新しい電子機能材料の開発・探索を行う。
