Research Abstract

患者由来腫瘍組織を用い、細胞老化について腫瘍細胞および微小環境中の細胞について解析を行い、治療標的候補を同定する。また腫瘍浸潤白血球に認められるクローン性造血が老化細胞の惹起する炎症にどのように影響するかについて詳らかにする。本研究により得られる知見は、がん治療において新たな治療戦略に繋がる可能性がある。
