Research Abstract

本研究は、未修復の先天性短絡性心疾患に伴う肺動脈性肺高血圧症およびEisenmenger症候群を対象に、血管細胞増殖シグナル調節薬ソタテルセプトの有効性と安全性を評価し、治療反応に関与する遺伝学的背景を明らかにすることを目的とする。多施設共同前向き観察研究として、治療前後の経時変化を比較し、遺伝子変異やオミックス解析を通じて有効な患者特性を探索する。
