Research Abstract
大腸癌TIME(癌免疫微小環境)におけるCold サブタイプは、免疫システムから逃れるように進展し、ICIなどの免疫療法に対してほとんど反応しない。一方、リンパ球による腫瘍排除を阻害する従来の Treg細胞とは別に、CD４陽性T細胞である免疫抑制性の cytotoxic Type 1 Regulatory T cells (Tr1細胞)が近年注目されている。本研究ではcytotoxic Tr1細胞が大腸癌TIMEの構築に関わるメカニズムを解明し、Coldサブタイプへ誘導する過程についてscRNA-seq解析技術や、位置情報を追加した空間トランスクリプトミクスを活用して検討する。
