Research Abstract

今日，孤立する高齢単身世帯者の増加が社会的な課題となっている。スマートホームサービスは，この問題の解決に貢献できると考えられるが，日本におけるその利用率は低い。そこで，本研究では主に以下の２つの課題に取り組む。 １．高齢単身世帯者の感性からみたイノベーター理論に基づいて大別した２つの市場属性ごとのスマートホームサービスに対する技術受容モデルを構築し，スマートホームサービスの評価構造を把握する。 ２．構築した技術受容モデルをもとに，既存のスマートホームサービスを調査・分析・理解するとともに，高齢単身世帯者とともに新たなスマートホームサービスに向けた課題等を抽出，ステークホルダーによる評価を行う。
