Research Abstract

新型コロナウイルスの流行、ロシアによるウクライナ侵攻、台湾海峡の緊張など、世界は複数のグローバル危機に直面している。本研究の目的は、これらのグローバル危機に対応したサプライチェーン（SC）の再構築が、SCの生産及び環境パフォーマンスに及ぼす影響を定量的に評価することである。具体的には、データ包絡分析（DEA）と産業連関分析（IOA）の両アプローチを統合し、SCのパフォーマンスを再構築前後で比較するための分析的枠組みを提案する。ケーススタディでは、ロシアから欧州・G7諸国へのエネルギー供給の停止に伴う「脱ロシア化」の影響を、世界164か国の電力産業SCを対象に実証的に分析する。
