Research Abstract

うつ病の主な症状には、持続的な抑うつ気分や喜びの喪失が挙げられる。本研究では、マウスの社会的敗北うつモデルから得られた行動データを用いて、AIエージェントによるうつ様行動の再現を試み、症状改善のための条件を模索する。また、AIうつモデルで同定された要素を基に、脳内で対応する神経活動や動的コネクトームを記録・操作することで、うつ病に対する理論的・実験的理解を深める。
