Research Abstract
更年期での生活は老年期の健康につながる重要なポイントである。しかしながら更年期の健康支援は十分な状況ではない。わが国における性同一性障害（GID)の人数は全国で約4万6000人と推測されるが、GIDの方の加齢に伴う支援のあり方については模索途中であり、身体的、社会的支援については確立したプログラムがない状況である。そのため、超高齢社会の中において健康な老後（サクセスフル・エイジング）に向けての準備、支援が遅れる可能性が懸念される。本研究では、GIDの方の治療による心身への影響を明らかにし、必要な身体的・精神的・社会的支援について課題を見出したうえで、支援のためのプログラム開発を目指す。
