Research Abstract

大腸癌を含む消化器癌は、腫瘍微小環境中にheterogeneityといわれる高度な不均一性をもっており、それは癌細胞のみならず間質細胞においても観察される。また、腸内細菌叢（Microbiome）が大腸癌の発癌に関与していることも報告されており、このMicrobiome自体も非常に不均一なものであることがわかってきている。本研究ではシングルセル解析及びMicrobiome解析を用いて、大腸癌組織での細菌叢も含めた腫瘍微小環境のheterogeneityを明らかにすることで、発癌や治療抵抗性に関わる新たな細胞集団や微小環境中の相互作用を同定し新規治療法の開発へとつなげる。
