Research Abstract

本研究では今までに例のない機能性無機ナノスクロール型シート創製とその不斉構造の原子レベルでの解明に挑戦する。本研究の挑戦的側面は次の３点である：(1)ハイドロタルサイト（LDH：層状複水酸化物）の層表面をキラル有機イオンで修飾・剥離化し、有機層のねじれ効果により層の湾曲を引き起こす。焼成により有機成分を除去して、無機成分のみからなるスクロール型ナノシートを創製する。(2)顕微スキャン型固体赤外円二色性分光法を開発し、振動構造の解析から金属イオンの周りの不斉配位構造を明らかにする。(3)LDHが有する本来の触媒作用に加えてキラルな層構造の不斉識別能を用いた不斉触媒に挑戦する。
