Research Abstract
研究目的の達成に挑戦する。研究体制は右図に、研究計画は下に記す。明らかにすることは、「BRONJ と DRONJ モデルマウスの免疫機能」、「Treg 移植の ARONJ 予防効果」、ならびに、「PTH 製剤投与による ARONJ 治療効果」である。 本研究課題が明らかになれば、ARONJ の病因解明や治療法開発の基盤構築に大きく貢献でき、治療法に寄与する分子や化合物精製開発への手がかり発見の可能性もある。さらに全身的な難治性疾患にも DC の働きが深く関与するため、多くの難治性疾患に対する分子生物学的基盤構築にも貢献できることが本研究の位置づけである。
