Research Abstract
原子力災害時の医療活動に関連する効果的なリスク・コミュニケーションおよびクライシス・コミュニケーションについての知見は得られていない。そこで、東日本大震災の原子力災害時に職員の確保が出来なかった福島県内の医療機関の当時の職員に聞き取り調査を行い、職員の継続勤務の継続に関連するリスクおよびクライシス・コミュニケーションの要因を明らかにする。
