Research Abstract
日本人の代表的サンプルと考えられる久山町地域一般住民約2700名を対象に、慢性疼痛の発症を追跡調査し、心理社会的要因（被養育体験、失感情症、自己肯定感、過剰適応、家族機能、情緒的孤独感）との関連を横断的および縦断的に検討する。追跡研究を行い縦断的に検討することで、これらの因果関係を明らかにすることができる。また、2023年に家族構成、子どもの数、生活満足度を調査し、家庭や子どもを持つことおよび生活満足度に関連する心理社会的要因を明らかにし、慢性疼痛の有無でその関連に違いが見られるか検討する。
