Research Abstract

本研究は、1994年の衆議院選挙改革以降の利益誘導政治がどのように変容し、どのような影響を政党システムに与えているのかを明らかにすることを目的とする。具体的には、1) 選挙制度の与える影響に加え、選挙制度以外の有権者や利益団体の投票行動の変容、社会経済構造の変化、政党や政治家の選挙戦略などが利益誘導政治にどのように影響を及ぼし、利益誘導政治が変容してきたのか、2)利益誘導政治が選挙改革後の1990年代以降の日本の政党システムにどのように影響を与えてきたのかを多角的に分析することで、21世紀の利益誘導政治および政党システムへの影響を体系的に明らかにする。
