Research Abstract
本研究では,建築学・工学と医学の知見を統合し,in vivo,in vitro試験の代替ポテンシャルを有するin silico人体モデルの可能性を追求する.特に,経気道感染に伴う生体防御反応を数値的に予測可能なin silico人体モデルと環境解析手法を高度に統合し,感染リスク・健康影響の可視化手法を確立することで,in silico人体モデルを中心とした空気環境設計法の有効性を追求する.
