Research Abstract
求電子性分子である「酸化脂質」は、近年、炎症や細胞死の原因に密接に関与していることが報告されている。しなしながら、酸化脂質と蛋白質機能との関係は、ほとんど理解できていない。そこで本研究では、「システイン含有蛋白質と反応する酸化脂質の網羅的解析・評価」を目的とする。本研究から、求電子性分子「酸化脂質」と蛋白質中システインとの反応性に関する情報を提供できる。
