Research Abstract
本研究の目的は、わが国の心原性ショック診療の現況を検証し、転帰（死亡率）を改善させる対策（患者教育・病院前救護体制・救急診療・院内救急体制など）を探究するための臨床情報（患者情報と施設情報）を収集することである。特に10年前に収集したデータベースと比較し、最近10年間の心原性ショック診療の改善点および今後の課題を明らかにする。
