Research Abstract

特発性大腿骨頭壊死症において壊死骨に対する生体の修復反応（添加骨形成）が圧潰メカニズムに重要と考えられているが、その詳細な病態は不明である。本研究では骨壊死修復過程に神経成長因子が関与しているのではないかと仮説を立て、ヒト骨頭標本ならびにマウスの虚血性骨壊死モデルを用いて修復反応と神経成長因子との関連性を検討する。
