Research Abstract

本研究では,多段階精密酸化プロセスにより種々の酸素欠損型酸化物を作製し,ウィーン大学が開発したナノ領域での結晶子の評価と内部ひずみの定量化およびIn-situ Diffraction解析技術を習得・改良して,酸素欠陥や欠陥誘起ひずみ場を定量的に評価する。得られた結果を精密酸化プロセスにフィードバックし種々の条件を検討することで高濃度の酸素欠陥を導入するとともに,それら欠陥濃度や分布状態を制御したバルク体を作製し機能特性の向上につなげる。
