Research Abstract
本研究課題では、基課題で見出した酵素の構造励起状態を含む多様な状態遷移ダイナミクスと化学反応がおりなす酵素反応の動的機構を定量的に記述する理論を確立し、この機構を実験的に検証するための共同研究基盤の構築を目指す。そのために、動的機構を扱う速度論モデルの開発と、これを実験的に観測するための解析法の開発および実験グループとの共同研究ネットワークの構築を行う。これまでの酵素反応の理論研究は自由エネルギー経路や自由エネルギー障壁の見積もりなど静的側面に主眼が置かれたものがほとんどであり、本研究により動的側面に着目した新たな理論・実験基盤を確立することを目指す。
