Research Abstract

これまでの検討で神経芽腫自然発生モデルマウスにおいて確認される自然退縮にNK細胞が関与していることを示唆するデータを得た。今回、これまでの研究を更に発展させるべく、神経芽腫自然発生モデルマウスを改変して免疫細胞の影響をよりrigidに観察できる実験系を確立し、神経芽腫の進行・退縮と免疫細胞の関わりを検討する。また、実臨床においても神経芽腫自然退縮が観察される乳児神経芽腫において、網羅的遺伝子検査にて非自然退縮群との腫瘍内免疫環境の違いを検討することで、自然退縮と非自然退縮を見分けるスクリーニングシステムの開発並びに自然退縮機序を利用した新規免疫治療の開発につなげる。
