Research Abstract

軟部肉腫は軟部組織から発生する希少がんであり、多種多様な組織型を持つ。特に進行軟部肉腫の予後は不良で、確立された治療法が存在しない。腫瘍細胞は免疫編集を通じて免疫応答を逃避する能力を持つが、進行軟部肉腫における具体的な免疫逃避機序は不明である。 本研究の主目的は、進行軟部肉腫における免疫逃避機序の解明と新規治療ターゲットの同定である。原発巣と肺転移巣の免疫プロファイルの比較を行い、肺転移に関連する因子を特定し新しい治療法の開発を目指す。この研究により、進行軟部肉腫の患者に対する治療選択肢が増加し、予後の改善や生活の質の向上が期待される。
