Research Abstract

結晶粒界を3次元ナノスケールで可視化するための技術開発を行うと共に,実際に応用することで,加熱に伴う金属の組織変化を3次元で可視化することを目的とする.回折図形をマッピングする技術を用いて結晶粒界を抽出し,ステレオ再構成によって3次元可視化まで行う.結晶粒界の抽出では,回折図形の差異を機械学習によって判別するなど,客観的な手法の構築を試みる.
