Research Abstract

本研究では,申請者らがこれまでに開発を進めてきたFluorescence-encoded time-domain coherent Raman spectroscopy: FLETCHERS 法を高感度化するとともに,1分子蛍光イメージング装置と統合することで,1分子振動分光イメージングを実現することを目指す.振動分光計測を1分子感度で実現できれば蛍光に比べより詳細な分子科学的議論を展開でき,また,超解像イメージングといった応用においても同時に計測できる色数を増やすことが出来ると期待される.
