Research Abstract

多発性硬化症(MS)と慢性炎症性脱髄性多発神経炎(CIDP)は、中枢(CNS)と末梢神経(PNS)を侵す脱髄疾患だが、自己抗原は未発見である。MSでは確立したノド抗体はない。私たちは線維走行が一定で絞輪を同定しやすいマウス視神経の組織免疫染色法(TBA)を確立した。本研究では、①既知抗体陰性CNS脱髄患者で視神経TBAにより新規CNSノド抗体・抗原を同定し、臨床像を明らかにする。②IgG3抗120kDCNSノド抗体、CNSとPNSを侵すIgG4抗NF155抗体、PNSのみを侵す抗LGI4抗体を用いた受動免疫・能動免疫・細胞培養モデルでCNSとPNSでの脱髄機序を解明する。
