Research Abstract
我々はがん幹細胞形質維持にはDUSP6、治療抵抗性や癌幹細胞の可塑性にはYBX2やCT45A5、浸潤能や転移能獲得、がん細胞周囲の微小環境にはS PARC・fibronectinがそれぞれ重要であることを報告した。本研究では細胞株、臨床検体組織を用いて上記の蛋白を発現する細胞の生物学的特 性、臨床病理学的特徴を検討するとともに、幹細胞の多様性に関与するゲノム情報の詳細を解析する。また、CT45A5の腫瘍免疫への関与の検討 を行うとともにSPARCやDUSP6を標的とした新規治療薬の開発を試み、がん幹細胞の多様性やその周囲微小環境を標的とした治療法を開発する。
