Research Abstract
最近は、様々な加工木材が、耐燃性、抗菌性、抗ウイルス性を有することが報告されているが、一方で、無垢の木材を加工することにより、無垢の木材が有する機能性を低減させてしまうことも指摘されている。我々の試験結果は、無垢の木材そのものが極めて有用な抗ウイルス作用を有する可能性を示唆るものであった。 しかしながら、スギ無垢材のウイルス感染力を低下させるメカニズムについては、不明である。本研究においては、我が国の主要建材であるスギに着目し、次に挙げる無垢木材が有する多機能性に着目し検討を行う。
