Research Abstract

本研究では、未開拓の研究領域である金属中心のdーd遷移に基づく発光材料の創製に挑戦する。対象とする遷移金属錯体はCr(III), Mo(III), V(II), Mn(IV)であり、これらを利用してdーd遷移に基づくスピンフリップ発光を活用した新しい発光材料の開発を目指す。具体的には、単核、多核錯体の創製を通じて、①近赤外発光材料、②円偏光発光材料、③レーザー発振材料、④フォトレドックス触媒の創製を探求する。ドイツ・マインツ大学の研究者との国際共同研究を通じて、次世代の光電子機能材料の創出に取り組み、物理、生命科学、医療分野への応用を目指す。
