Research Abstract

本研究は、抗ヒトGD2モノクローナル抗体による全身的ながん免疫療法と腫瘍に対する蛍光標識であるインドシアニングリーン(ICG)を用いた光線力学的療法によるがん局所療法を組み合わせることで、相乗的治療効果を期待した革新的な治療法の開発を目的としており、小児固形悪性腫瘍では現在までに試みられたことがないものである. 本研究では以下の課題に取り組む. (A)神経芽腫への光線力学的療法の有効性の同定:ICGを用いた非肝臓領域腫瘍への光線力学的療法の可能性を探る. (B)神経芽腫におけるがん免疫療法と光線力学的療法を併せた新規治療の構築:大きな有用性・抗腫瘍効果を示し新たな治療選択肢となりうるかを考える.
