Research Abstract

細胞内の非平衡揺らぎは、細胞質の流動性やクラスターの機能に深く関与しているため、生細胞内で超分子複合体やバイオクラスターの性質を明らかにする必要がある。そこで、光捕捉法を用いて微細なプローブ粒子を細胞内で安定的に操作し、単一のクラスターの力学特性と揺らぎを定量的に観測する技術を開発する。細胞内顆粒との識別や追跡速度の不足等の課題を解決し、計測の精度と安定性を向上させる。この技術により、個々のクラスターがどのように物理的強度を獲得し、機能的なシステムを形成するか調べる。この技術を用いた領域内の共同研究を通じ、構造や生理的機能の解明が進められている超分子複合体をターゲットとした研究を推進する。
