Research Abstract
IgG4関連涙腺・唾液腺炎では顎下腺に特徴的な超音波像が認められる。 本研究では顎下腺超音波検査に精通した歯科放射線科中心の多施設で、診断者の標準化の必要性の有無、エラストグラフィやAI診断の導入による診断の簡便化の成否、パワードプラ法での血流の多寡による予後判定の成否などを検討し、顎下腺超音波診断の正診率をより一層向上させ、本邦のみならず、国際的なIgG4-DSの診断基準に非侵襲的な顎下腺超音波検査を導入する基盤を確立することを目的とする。
