Research Abstract
高い柔軟性を有するフレキシブルデバイスの課題である性能を解決するため、微小な無機単結晶半導体チップ(チップレット)の概念を拡張した「ダイレット」をSiウエハ上で柔軟な樹脂に埋め込み圧縮成型するインモールド・エレクトロニクスの技術基盤を創成する。また、三次元積層集積回路（3D-IC）と微小チップであるMicro-LEDのインテグレーションを基軸とし、浅皮下生体情報（主に血管）可視化シートを作製する。
