Research Abstract

本研究では、これまでにC(sp3)-H結合変換反応の位置選択性制御に多用されてきた配向基法の問題点を解決するとともに、これまで実現できなかったC(sp3)-H結合変換反応や不斉C(sp3)-H結合変換反応を開発するため、触媒と基質間に働く非共有結合性相互作用を利用する位置選択性制御法や立体選択性制御法を開発することを目的とする。また、開発する反応を利用することで、医薬品や生物活性分子を合成する。
