Research Abstract
本研究の核心に置かれるのは、検索エンジンやソーシャルメディアを「プラットフォーム」という概念により把握し、それらに対して固有の規制を課すべき根拠・理由は何なのか、従来から情報法で議論されてきた情報流通の媒介者、データの集積者、アーキテクチャの設計者とプラットフォーム事業者とは何が異なりどこが異ならないのか、プラットフォーム規制に固有の問題は何であり、そのためにいかなる制度設計が求められるのかという問いである。以上の問題意識を踏まえ、本研究は、インターネット上のプラットフォームをめぐる情報法の理論体系を構築し、適切なプラットフォーム規制のための制度設計の枠組みを提示する。
