Research Abstract
In this study, using a novel fish stem cell culture methodology, we will culture chub mackerel gonadal stem cell and perform various single-cell analysis (RNA, protein, epigenetics) to elucidate the control mechanism of germline stem cell proliferation and differentiation. In addition, the genome editing experimental system established in this study will be an innovative technology for "in vitro breeding" of farmed fish in the future.
