Research Abstract

パイロットの操縦技能、ブリーフィングによる内省・技能改善能力を含めた包括的能力の向上を支援するシステムの開発を目指す.初年度は既に開発した航空技能評価システムとディスカッション評価システムの改良を行う.前者については基本飛行課題の全てを評価出来るよう改良し.後者については、実際の指導現場における観察を通じて、ブリーフィングによる技能向上の成否要因について特定する.次年度では、初年度の結果を基に、討議を含めた訓練生の包括的能力を評価するAIの開発を行う.また、AIから得られた評価を効果的にフィードバックする支援システムの開発を行う.最終年度では開発したシステムを実運用し、精度の向上を図る.
