Research Abstract

本研究は、非小細胞肺癌における免疫チェックポイント阻害薬(ICI)への酪酸菌製剤およびビフィズス菌製剤上乗せ効果を検証し、ICIと整腸剤を併用した新規複合療法開発に向けた基礎的検討を行うものである。 ICIに加えて、酪酸菌製剤単独、ビフィズス菌製剤単独、もしくはその両製剤をルイス肺癌モデルマウスに投与し、以下の相違を検討する。①腫瘍径の推移、体重の推移、生存期間　②血液、腫瘍、脾臓における免疫細胞の種類と割合　③便中に含まれる短鎖脂肪酸の種類と割合　④短鎖脂肪酸と生存期間との関係　また、非小細胞肺癌術後再発患者における便中に含まれる短鎖脂肪酸とICI治療効果、予後との関連を調べる。
