Research Abstract

本研究では、動的構造モデルの枠組みで政策を関数として捉え、政策の因果効果をノンパラメトリックに評価する手法を確立する。年金や給付金などの政策を制度設計に合わせ、年齢や所得などの個人や家計の属性の関数とする。この関数化により、消費・貯蓄額や引退時期の調整など異時点間の意思決定を伴う動的なモデルと整合的になるよう、政策評価のための構造を定式化する。この定式化の下、政策関数の存在を正当化できる構造モデルの性質を利用したノンパラメトリックな識別条件を明らかにする。これにより、これまでの構造モデルで一般的であったパラメトリックな特定化に依存せずに異なる設定や新たな政策についての反実仮想的な分析を行う。
