Research Abstract

予備実験によりinv(16)AMLにおいて高頻度で認める変異型遺伝子Xがスプライシング異常を惹起することをマウス造血幹細胞にて確認している。そこで本研究課題においては、マウスやヒト造血幹細胞を用いて変異型遺伝子Xがスプライシング異常を惹起する分子学的機序、そしてAMLに認められるスプライシング異常を標的とした治療モデルの構築に取り組む。
